I will agree that I didn't like the Matt Smith/Stephen Moffat era nearly as much as the Tennant era. He's redeemed himself in my eyes with the 50th anniversary special though. And he tied up some of the bullshit in Matt Smith's last episode. I actually like Matt Smith as an actor, the plots he was given just weren't as good.

I tend to disagree that there are better shows though. I don't think theres any show thats objectively better than all of Doctor Who.

Joel, that does sounds more difficult.

I haven't seen it yet so I suppose I can't argue. But I would like to point to Doctor Who's longevity and popularity as a testament to its quality.
