Edit: That's still worth a try though, as it may work for a 6th gen. Thanks, though!
So some dickhead on another forum is bitching at me for using Windows 8 and says it's a piece of shit, except here's the catch: he's never used it before.
If he has used it, I would have just thought "well that's your opinion man", but he's trying to argue with me by using customer reviews (lol) from Newegg, which I've never heard of. So I don't think this is going to end well on his part. I really hate when people argue over something they've never used before. It's like I'm trying to convince Phils that Mac is terrible, and I've used a Mac for about 10 mins at most.

I mean, I don't like Windows 8. But I use it a lot at school, so at least I can say why, if people ask.
I know you've used it before, though I may disagree with you overit, but at least you've actually used it for more than a few mins which gives your opinions some weight.
I hardly ever trust customer reviews, they're usually pretty terrible.

I just don't like the main window. And I don't like how app system works. However, it's not like I can say I don't know how to work with those or around those now. I will admit that it's probably as good as Windows 7, in terms of performance (once you optimize it for performance, that is). I'm much more willing to trust a review by, in this case, a long-time computer programmer or a long-time IT manager. hrug:
Speaking of Windows 8, Japan has mascots for the OS:
Meet the Madobe sisters: Yuu and Ai (pun probably intentional knowing Japan) It's nice knowing Japan knows that cute underaged girls are very well versed in technology.

Yuu is definitely the hot one.
And yes, I put a mustang style bridge on my jazzmaster and it works very well. But like I said, I'm not going for 100% Authentic.

Yuu's the one with short hair to let you know:

Then I guessed right.
