I have found a new love for the aesthetics of the Squier Super Sonic:



Not such a fan of the sparkly finishes, so this one's pretty nice:



And I prefer maple fretboards.

Never played one though, they're bloody rare.

Are those both lefty models?

Just seen my local guitar shop has just had a White Falcon in! £2700 If I had that money i'd buy it after work

Nope, it's a reversed body shape, and a reversed headstock.

I used to think they were ugly, but they've grown on me.

wouldn't that basically mean it's just a lefty and if you're not you just have to string it backwards?

Kind of. Except the controls and trem arm are placed for right handers. It's basically just a left handed Jag shape with right handed routing.

Or like a cross between a Jag and a firebird. I actually kinda like the look.

It looks uncomfortable on the higher frets though
