It looks better when you enlarge the photo. I'm not really a tele fan though. Or maple fingerboards for that matter.

See, I love maple fret boards and teles. Preferably together.
Besides that blue thing I posted its been a while since I've seen a guitar that I wanted really badly. Mostly because I'm not exactly sure what I want to get out of an instrument at this point.

I didn't used to like Teles, or maple fretboards, but then I bought the one I have now. I love lacquered necks now

Same. I've gone from a LP to a JEM to a Strat to a PRS model.

I *think* I'm gonna go with the PRS though, thanks to Grungie showing me a couple videos of them in action.
I've pretty much always loved PRS more than the rest of the brands.

Your Ibanez doesn't look like a JEM
I think I'm looking at an SE Singlecut for my next guitar. New amp first though.

It ain't, but I've played one and wow.

I'm looking mostly for versatility, though, and much to my surprise, it seems to be mainly made for instrumental rock and metal.
Well it is the Steve Vai signature. I've never played one, but I'm hoping it's amazing since it's $2300
