Why this topic? Because I'm bored. That's why.
Mine's lamb. It just tastes so GOOD. Unfortunately, I can't afford it very often, as it's like $15 for a lamb chop.
If you want, discuss the ethics of slaughterhouses or vegetarianism or whatever too. I tend to prefer grass-fed, free-range steers as far as beef goes. We buy it right from the farmer, and they send it to a local butcher for cutting and dressing. We find that we tend to get better quality beef this way than buying it from the store.
So, there's my slice of meat ethics.
