I don't have plans, but it would be awesome if my friend and me could go to Montreal to get some new instruments.
It's gonna rain here all weekend so I'll probably just play stay in and get stuff done. (lol nah, I'll just play Xbox and guitar)
I think I'm gonna try to learn Toxicity (the album) by SOAD all the way through. Never learned a song of theirs but they look really fun for how easy they are.
I know almost all of that album. Besides some of the filler songs like Jet Plane.
Edit: actually I think it's called Jet Pilot.
Also, I'm ridiculously jelly that you're going to Download, Johnny. I've always wanted to go to that festival.
You should feel sorry for me. I have to choose between The Hives and Iron Maiden as they're both on at the same time. It's a terrible burden.
lol
but here I basically get raped for concerts. it seems so unfair that there's like 20 bands at least on that roster that I'd kill to see live and they probably won't come within 300 miles of me anytime soon ;_;
Korn, Buckcherry, Bullet for My Valentine and Disturbed have all come within 50 miles of me at different times and Tool was about 250 miles away once (and I couldn't get the time to go to any of those concerts). As far as big concerts go here for the last five years or so, that's about it.

Oh Yeah!
Wow, I'm super jelly
Also, I'm always surprised by how unknown Converge is. The way down the bottom, lol
^^dudebro, I was surprised they were that high tbh. They're above motionless in white and in this moment, who are trendy as shit currently, and right below Him, which was a very big band at one point.
Edited again: actually, almost all of the bands above them on the poster are all very successful or were very successful at some point, and most of them have a new album coming out or have had a new album drop recently. They can't headline every awesome band.
Oh yeah, and Nine Inch Nails and Rob Zombie were at the venue that's fifty miles from me about 15 years ago. They absolutely trashed the place and that venue has been booking butt rock bands ever since.
I think I might spend a night at my friend's this weekend before he moves out of the house that I somewhat spent my life in. We said something about Monopoly all night. We did it before and it was actually pretty awesome :haha:
I'm kinda pissed though, Portugal. The Man is coming real close to me next week and he won't go even though I know he'd love it. He's supposed to be my music buddy and he never wants to go to any concerts on the rare chance that any come close.
Don't overdo Monopoly
Some of my old friends love it and it gets tedious really quickly if you overdo it :p

Actually you're right. The first time I glanced at it I thought they were like the fifth stage but I just thought that because the names at the top take up half the page. They're right there with HIM and The Hives
I want to see them and Mastodon really bad. A Day to Remember, The Hives, Parkway Drive, Queens of the Stone Age, Enter Shikari, and Lit would all be cool too. Also heard Slipknot puts on an awesome show even though I only like a few (okay, more than a few <_<) songs by them.
