We should have a tinychat sometime. Didin't we say this weekend?
edit: I have to go now, still have to load in my bass gear because I have band after work. Have a good one!
Yeah, you said this weekend. (I'm waiting)
I don't think this is one of those times I get to. I if I was a graduate student I would totally just get into the lab and start experimenting with the stuff we were working with to try and figure out whats going on, what affects the signal strength and stuff.
Oh, and we were also getting a signal in our oscilloscope without completing the circuit, which should also be impossible. It only worked if we unplugged the negative lead from the signal generator though. It also worked if we unplugged the negative lead from the oscilloscope, but not if we did both at the same time. (There was a circuit in between, so unplugging the negative on the signal generator was actually different from unplugging it on the oscilloscope. Later running straight from the signal generator to the scope we completely left out the negative wire and it still worked.) The only thing I can think of in this case is that the two devices were just completing the circuit through the entire power grid, which is ridiculous, but I don't see any alternative. They are also definitely not supposed to do that.
I have no idea what's going on
Apparently not, though I study history, not science.
Then maybe you're still safe.
I just have to memorize useless dates that don't help me outside of class
I love the stories of history, but I'm completely useless with dates.
I wanted to correct my Russian History teacher when he said that the Ottomans took over the Byzantine Empire in 1457, it was 1453 >
