It's interesting looking at genres, and people discussing "pure" versions of genres. The fun thing about music genres, is that really only the originators are the "pure" ones, and the ones that follow all fall under various subgenres, especially when they expand upon it and include their own influences. Even some of the more famous bands in certain genres start branching off. Look at the three main rock genres: rock, punk, metal. Neither have been pure for decades.
I bought Street Fighter V like a month ago, and I found out that in the new update, Capcom made it to where, if you rage quit enough, they'll stick you in a server with only rage quitters. That's great to hear.
That's hilarious, I heartily enjoy devs who troll their players.
Yeah, it makes it great for the people who want to enjoy the game, because assholes are getting punished. I just wish the game wasn't so online heavy. Single player is almost non-existent, and you really can only earn in game money from online fights.
I don't game a lot but I heard a lot of companies are doing away with things such as split-screen multiplayer and even single-player.
I know most FPS games got rid of split-screen, but single player is still a thing. Capcom got a lot of flack for not having much single player, because they were rushing it out for the tournament scene.
Getting on the plane tomorrow 8)
So Jol, do you have any of the new Pokemon games?
Nope, I hardly have any time to game. During the break I beat Oracle of Ages which I've been meaning to do for years, but I still have yet to even finish Pokemon X, let alone one of the new games, and I'm starting an online class soon.
Can't believe it took you 10 years to beat Ages
