Man, this hotel has an analog TV, and man is it kind of weird seeing how the picture is after getting rid of all of ours 2 years ago. Letterbox feels so odd.
Which I still kind of regret, cuz older consoles look like shit, unless I just have a shitty HDTV.
Nah, they look all stretched since they're not in widescreen.
I guess if you changed your TV to display in 4:3 while playing it would look better. Never thought of that until just now so I have no idea if it would work, lol
I meant that it all looks like a jagged mess, and some just look all blurry and shit. I got component cables for my PS2, and it looks a tad bit better, but still all jaggedy.
I thought about getting a composite to hdmi converter, but the good ones are really pricey, and the cheap ones have latency issues.
Yeah, my friend bought FF7 a few months back and it looks terrible on a modern television.
This is why I prefer PC ports of old PS games. You can adjust to a good resolution. lol
Also, if you're smart, you're using a PS-style USB controller, so it's basically like playing on PS.
But there's only like barely a handful of PS portion the PC
Pssssttt...emulators...
Of course, those aren't ports, lol.
Damn, look at that typo I missed.
Well I'm done with the funeral, and we're heading back home in the morning. I was expecting a pity party, but it was one of the best family visits in ages. Got to see some extended family members for the first time in 10+ years, and finally met all of my cousins.
So despite the reasoning for the gathering, it was a really happy meet.
Okay I lied, I forgot about my two cousins in California, one day I'll meet them.
Anyway, I inherited my granddad's antique Winchester rifle. He bought it used when he was 15, and he's 85, so it's at least 70 years old, but we're not sure how old it was then.
Too bad my cousin got his oldest gun awhile ago, and that was at least 100 years old.
Ah nice. Is it still in good condition?
