Well what I find cheap about UG Plus is that some of them are just the highest rated Guitar Pro file of that song (I also noticed this on Songsterr) so why do I need a premium account to play the same file?

Yeah.
@debbie:
That's a lot easier on bass, because there's no chords to deal with.

Yeah, it's all taken from GP files. I remember there was even a ton of complaints at first because UG didn't even give credit to the original GP uploader.
There's a few features that you can do that GP can't. But is it worth it? Naaah.
Like what extras? The only one I can think of is the HQ playback where they sound like "real" instruments, but GP6 does that.
Well, you can slow down the tempo and loop the part that's giving you trouble, for example. Transposing and changing the pitch is pretty easy too.
That's about it. I'm not familiar with every GP feature, but I'm pretty sure everything else can be done with it.
You can change the tempo and the pitch on GP as well. I think you can loop specific parts when you just highlight the bars you want to listen to.
Ah. Well I guess just looping and transposing. :haha: :haha:
I've never sat down and worked with a GP file tbh. I used to have TuxGuitar, but got rid of it.
I'm also pretty sure you can transpose on GP as well, so it doesn't really offer anything different if you have GP.
Great. So that just leaves.... nothing.
lol.
So guys, I totally forgot my stereo system has a headphones jack. I'm going to plug in my headphones on my CD's to see what I'm missing.
