No, it's Disney and not a Pixar movie
They are related in that they all feature going to the shop for a Cornetto at some point. There's also a fence jumping scene in each.
if this is actually the last movie those three do together i'd probably cry

I've never had a Cornetto (regular flavour, anyway) because I'm allergic to Hazelnuts. ;__;

I can have strawberry/caramel/etc though.

It also makes me believe that Pixar never really wanted to do a Cars 2
