One thing that helps me, in regards to getting up early-ish, is to turn off any video games or computer stuff or TV. So, 1 hour before my bedtime, I stop watching movies/shows or playing whatever game or even browsing the internet.

Typically, I like to read before bed, so I read for an hour. I understand not everyone's a reader though. But the human body seems to be more geared towards sleep, if you don't use engaging electronics during the hour before bed. Confusedhrug:
I already read for an hour or so before bed.
Hmmm...well...do you have a set time you go to bed each night? Or just whenever you're sleepy?
I start to try to go asleep at eleven but then usually after an hour or two of tossing and turning I give in and read or get on the internet or something.
Do you exercise during the day? I try to take a walk or something, myself. Helps your body relax more and such.
Not much.

And to top it all off I have a cold today.
Hmm...that sucks. Hope you feel better soon.

I would try something like walking or jogging though. Most people get good results (by bedtime) if they've exercised sometime during the day.
You know, it always fascinates me when I meet people who like acting like giant cunts to everyone, then start crying about how nobody likes them. I can't tell if they're just fishing for attention with the crying shit, or they're really that dense.
It's funny, I was looking at someone I used to know's Tumblr for a certain post and I came across one reblog that was like "Don't be a dick to people who've had your back since day one, or don't be surprised when they abandon you" or something (had to edit it to make it readable, it was in dumb Tumblr "grammar"). Now, this guy was the sort of guy who would be a dick to anyone about anything if someone didn't quite agree with them and eventually my friends and I just started to really hate them. The sweet, sweet irony made me laugh. Some people just can't see other people's outlooks.
This guy on another forum always has posts where he's trying to one up everybody. Sometimes with the way he words them, I can't tell if he's actually trying this how off or that's just how he talks.

The sad thing, is that nobody responds to those posts, as I'm assuming nobody gives a shit, yet he still continues.
