For the death in your family, I won't ask because I'm sure you want it to remain private but you have my sympathies. I know it doesn't sound like much but it's the least I can do (seriously, why do we say the 'least'? Shouldn't it be the 'most'?).
Anxiety I've experienced first-hand, and I agree, it's not fun at all. I've been anxious lately as well.

No my students are 20 somethings... I teach at Uni level, 2nd year and up. My youngenst student is 19, some of them are a few younger than me or my age. I'm a 4 years older than the majority of my 3rd year class...
