That sounds pretty annoying.
blog post: I finally got an interview. This time at Chipotle. I learn from my mistakes and can do well in the interview. I applied for no more than 20 hours; however, I've been reading that 20 hours there is codename for 35 hours and full-time employees get no days off. If that's how it's going to be I'm going to start looking for somewhere else after two weeks. >_> /spoiled prick
I expect to be called in for extra hours/have to work past my shift, especially at a fast-food restaurant but if it's that bad it's going to be incompatible as a full-time student who has bigger ambitions. I've worked out a theoretical schedule and I've divided the time among work, classes, sleep, studying, boring shit like showering and commuting, and dedicated time to making beautiful music. With this schedule I have anywhere from 0-7 hours to do whatever the fuck I want. If I have to give up music for everything else (I've set aside a total of 15 hours a week which really isn't enough to do anything actually good but that's what we should all expect) I will be leave.
If any of you have worked for Chipotle let me know.
Then again this is the only interview I've been granted since April so I'll probably have to deal with it anyway.
