There's a ridiculously low chance that a half-black child will come out with blonde hair. I can understand having "white" skin, as I've seen some pale half-black people, but hair color comes from the ethnicity with dominant genes, and black people have really strong genetics when it comes to DNA. It's also pretty much impossible for half-Asians to have blonde hair as well (well excluding certain Chinese ethnicities, but still).
