Maybe it has to do with how much it affects the local population, and the fact my school in Mississippi was 65% black, so we were instead learning ebonics.:haha:

I cannot think of anything that is good in extremes except for theoretical things. Most conservatives I know are moderate (probably all of them, mind you) whereas a lot (but by all means not all) of (social) liberals I know are either extreme, deluded or idiotic/uneducated.
Heck, even "moderate" Nazism wouldn't be that bad if you think about it, provided a theoretical Nazi was against actually killing people off or being a racist d-bag and what have you. If he merely believed that improving the gene pool was a good idea, without going through extremist forms of eugenics (i.e. neutering and/or killing people without their consent), I'd think that isn't necessarily a bad opinion to have.

Every once in a while I'll hear someone I previously thought was okay or even cool say something heinous, usually uneducated and hypocritical. Rarely is it racist though.
"Black people are scary."
"Are you kidding?"
"Maybe. But really though, fuck Asians."
And then I get a tirade on why Asians are scum. This is from last week, the most recent new person I've met.
