One thing that helps me, in regards to getting up early-ish, is to turn off any video games or computer stuff or TV. So, 1 hour before my bedtime, I stop watching movies/shows or playing whatever game or even browsing the internet.
Typically, I like to read before bed, so I read for an hour. I understand not everyone's a reader though. But the human body seems to be more geared towards sleep, if you don't use engaging electronics during the hour before bed. hrug:
