I am no expert on your Earthly ways, but judging by the title of the discussion, it is supposed be an above-room-temperature infant fowl. A rather poor specimen I say though, looks more like one of your Earthly creatures known as "snakes"

The second one is pretty obvious. Usually you can tell because they're too perfectly round and how they stick out. Also you can sometimes see how the skin is really stretched out like a balloon on the tits.

I'll give you that one, although I have seen natural ones similar to that, at least til they get older and gravity takes over!
