This anime season hasn't been too good for me in terms of shows, just not a lot I guess I felt like watching.

I don't remember what you're into, but I'm just going to recommend Psycho-Pass for the sake of getting it out there. And again, the second season just started yesterday, so it would be something to watch. But that's assuming you're good at marathoning. As for me, other than that, I don't have anything to watch until January. Then the next season of Jojo and Aldnoah.Zero (also very good. Would also suggest) start. Edit: I forgot I'm also watching SAO2. I always forget that, for some reason.

Oh my freaking gosh man, everybody feel free to completely skip this week's episode (14.5) of SAOII. It's all a recap. Nothing new. What a complete waste.
To be fair, the show is pretty much half way done, so I guess it makes sense. But considering it's pacing, it doesn't even deserve it. I hope this doesn't count as a spoiler or something. If it does, I do apologize. Some dude in the comments Wrote:Oh hey this all 14 episodes in 20mins, thanks....:haha:

So I normally have nothing to contribute here, and I know nothing about anime, but one of my friends started watching Full Metal Alchemist, and I've watched a couple episodes with him. Pretty cool, but it has an interesting dynamic.

I prefer the former; the latter felt too much like it was trying to appeal to younger teens, despite the fact that it's apparently closer to how the manga is.

I thought both were pretty good. I think I liked Brotherhood just a tad more. Less dull moments, imo. That being said, neither are in my top favorites or anything.

Brotherhood. Its fairly good, but I'm not used to anime, so some parts of it seem weird to me. Like the contrast between the darker stuff going on and then the silly moments. Also I could do without the main character yelling dramatically all the time.

Which means silly stuff. Example: If you've not seen him in Brotherhood, you will. In FMA, he has a habit of fawning over himself. He also has a sister, who is the female equivalent of him in every way, including haircut and muscles. Difference is, her voice is higher, and she wears a dress. Yeah, I've seen quite a bit of him. Yeah, I've noticed. I feel like its kind of an Anime thing to be overly dramatic like that anyway though, but it goes with the territory of peoples heads getting huge when they're yelling and all the other way emotions are caricatured.
