Always forget about this one :haha:
For real though serious blink is way better.

Also if you take out the three or four shitty songs Neighborhoods is better than people give it credit for.
Violence is such a good song
It's always interesting when you see people bitch about Pop Punk bands growing up and getting more "serious" or whatever. Like, I find it kind of creepy seeing guys in their late 30's or in their 40's still singing about mom and dad not understanding them, or smoking weed and masturbating. It's kind of "cute" when you see some guys in their early 20's and shit doing that, but they gotta grow up eventually.
Honestly I never really liked serious blink :0
Serious blink is best blink. Their earlier material has three-four songs per album I like and that's it.

@Grungie: Yeah it's dumb. blink still plays their old joke songs anyway, and usually not in an awkward way. They tried to write a new(er) song about young people shit on Neighborhoods and it's the worst song they've ever done.
If they don't grow up, then they're just gonna sound like Rivers Cuomo who's almost 50 and still sings about teenage topics.

also I almost copy-pasted a Boondocks episode into this thread lol

I'd say they have. That's the only song like that they've written in thirteen years.

I'm not a huge Weezer fan and I'm not too familiar with them but every newer thing they've done that I've head has been hilarious (and not in the sense that I'm laughing with them).

@wwf: That song (and most Brand New that I've heard) is good but not great to me. They are good performers though so I'm sure actually watching that would have been great.
