Sunny Day Real Estate is the big name everyone mentions. Their first two albums are fantastic. There's also Mineral, Cap'n Jazz, The Promise Ring, and The Get Up Kids.

Algernon Cadwallader is basically a Cap'n Jazz ripoff band.
