With regards to why did it take so long for me to get internet?
Well, I have moved once a year, every year for the last 3 years. And it takes about 2 - 3 months to get someone to come and evaluate if you have the line infrastructure or not.
Too much effort for something I am just going to get and then have to move.
That's crazy it takes that long for them to give you internet. I learned when I was in the UK that America does something like that much quicker. The UK takes at least a month for someone to look and see if you're able to have internet, and then they'll send you a router, then have someone come over and install it for you.
In America, unless you live in the middle of nowhere, it takes a week or two at worst.
Don't forget we are still a developing country.
That's true, but it doesn't excuse the UK for being super slow
I swear there's bots on Soundcloud. It's sad that I have 4 likes on the song I uploaded a couple hours ago, and I have 0 plays.
That sad moment where you go to a store and say "I'm only spending like $20-30", then you walk out spending $70.
I went to my local record store to only buy two records, which I did, but I honestly couldn't pass up on buying the 20th anniversary reissue of Radiohead's Ok Computer. I always wanted it on vinyl, and the bonus tracks and packaging makes it worth it imo, as the $30 for the normal version was silly to me.
lol, I saw that on Facebook.
If I didn't find Blur's self titled, I would have just walked out with Ok Computer, but that self titled album is really hard to find on vinyl, even in the UK. Their three best albums are really hard to find on vinyl, idk if it's because of the lack of demand versus their super Britpoppy stuff, but I like their more experimental stuff.
I only know Blur for their one song everyone knows. I had no idea they did experimental stuff.
Song 2 that everyone knows them for is super different to their entire discography.
