If you would like to be a professor then theres really no reason not to go into history. Also universities totally don't give a shit what you tell them you're going to go into, because most people change their minds between applying and getting through their first year of school anyway. Also they aren't going to let you in for one major and not for another. Though on scholarships it does matter what you're majoring in.
An economics degree is about as "worthless" as a history degree, so I don't think there'll be that much of a difference.

yea, basically this Will
Almost everyone I know has changed their major at least once. A lot of college are actually starting to not let student pick a major their first year so they take a wide variety of classes.
Like danjo siad, certain ones could help you get a scholarship but once your in your in. You can change whenever you want.
Man, I stumbled upon a small anime forum and it looks like most of the members are noobs. Especially when they're asking "what's the longest running anime ever?" and someone has a small list and says "these all have at about 50 episodes!".
I'm thinking "do you even Dragon Ball Z or Pokemon?"
^ lol wat, even I knew that
I hate how everyone's acting like Lou Reed was the greatest thing ever now. You people didn't care before, and now ('cause he's dead) you all care? What?!
Also...unpopular opinion: Lou Reed's music was BORING!
Idk, I always thought he was a pretty big name in music.

Undoubtedly. But half the people who now are interested didn't even know who he was before his death.
Jeez Sam chill. People might have liked him all along but now is the time to talk about it. And with that positive talk comes interest and now people are curious and wanna hear what he's done.
You can think he's boring but there's no reason to act like there's anything sinister going on when people are remembering him.
I thought Velvet Underground was fairly popular for "hipster" kids for awhile.
