It was in a thread about pet peeves, so I threw mine in, which was:
"One of my biggest pet peeves, is kind of hard to explain or find a good example, but I hate when someone's debating you over an actual fact, and their main argument against it is "but it's my opinion". Sorry you can opinion all you fucking want, but that's not changing a fact. I think people just love throwing that around like it's an excuse for them to continue to be wrong."
Tell the person that the world doesn't revolve around them.
Lol, idk, it's like those TV shows where a kid does something bad and didn't get in trouble, but then everyone brings up that topic until they snap "I don't know what you guys are talking about!"
Haha. But those shows are funny. This is not, imho.
Well it could be funny on my side, just not his.
Fair enough. I just get a tad annoyed when people do things like that is all.
hrug:
Joel, I need a Canadian's opinion on this:
My dad got a job offer, but in Saskatchewan. What's Canada's image on that place?

Let's just put it this way; if the provinces of Canada wore bras, Saskatchewan would wear an A cup. There's not a single mountain in the entirety of the province, is where I'm getting at.
I dunno, we usually don't hear much about Saskatchewan. My friend's sisters made an exchange with a couple girls from Saskatoon a few years back and they were nice... That's about as much as I can say.
Umm...... Joni Mitchell is from Saskatchewan

I looked it up, but it just seems like an extension of North Dakota, except Canadian.
Yea, what I've heard of Saskatchewan is that there is basically nothing there.
