I love Gargantia so far. It's pretty much about a boy whose whole life is about war with these aliens in space, but then he gets lost and arrives on Earth. It's completely flooded and people live on ships.
The first few episodes are pretty darn good. Then there's a bit of not all that much in the middle (slice of life kind of), but these last 2 episodes really made up for it with some big twists. Now there's only 3 episodes left. Looking forward to it.
I just started on Upotte. It's your typical school girl show with a twist, every girl is an anthropomorphized gun.
If you like kawaii, random gun trivia, gun related sex jokes, and gun fights, this is up your alley.
Grungie, did you tell me to watch The Girl Who Leapt Through Time? Thanks if you did, it was really great. I didn't like it much at first but it ended up being a really well-written and interesting little gem.

I probably did since I love that film. I personally like the English voices more than the Japanese one.
The same director and studio made the movie Summer Wars if you're interested. It's a different kind of film, but I still think it's good.
Can anyone recommend me a good Cyberpunk anime please?

Ghost in the Shell would apply right? That's the only one I can think of.

Not my preferred genre, but Akira is a big name if you haven't seen it already, or Ghost in the Shell like Bob mentioned.
Megazone 23 is a popular one, Project Arms, and Serial Experiments Lain

Thanks. I'll check all those out.
I always forget to watch Akira. I will pretty soon.
I saw it when I was 11 and didn't like it, I'm sure I'd probably appreciate it if I saw it now like I did Castle in the Sky.
I'm rewatching Hyouka right now. I love some of the scenery porn in it. Most of the backgrounds are based off of a real town:
