I feel you man, it sucks to not know where you wanna go in life. It's easy to lose direction, but on the bright side, you dodged a bullet in a way. Working in a kitchen is generally shit. Long hours, poor pay, you get treated like shit and often it means you lose any sort of appetite because you've spent so long around food all day. Of course, this is just what I've heard from people I know who've worked in a kitchen (and I've known a fair few) and it's not all like that, but it doesn't seem entirely uncommon. And as Sam said, you've still gained skills (and useful, broadly-applicable ones at that) from it, so it's not a waste. You can still cook as a hobby, and remember - everyone loves a good cook.

You'll find something else dude.
In our thing, which is like A-levels, I found out that I needed 3 more points in my maths exam. I'm glad to know that I did better than expected, but seriously, the teacher could've tried to find something to give me those points. I only need maths and then I'm finally done with it. Come on. He's a fucking bitch. Well, he seems like a nice guy, but he's still a bitch for that.

Besides the whole school thing, what's up with people always looking for a trend/hype? It's starting to get so annoying.
There was Gangnam Style and then Harlem Shake, who no one cared for anymore after a week or something and now there's Flappy Bird and there still are more things that my brain doesn't want to think of rigt now. It's so annoying how everyone has to keep going on about something. It's ok to talk about it, but it seems like the whole internet loves to make big deals out of things. Facebook and YouTube is full of Flappy Bird shit right now.
In a sense, it's kind of the point of the internet, you like something, so you're gonna go share it with people. So with how the internet is set up now with a lot of things being more streamlined, it becomes much easier for it to spread.

Though I do agree it does get annoying after a certain point when you see something multiple times on every website you visit.
Yeah, I know that it's the point of the internet, but there are a lot of people that just over-do it. To me, it's just so annoying to the point that I don't care if it's reasonable of people or that they have the right to it. I just want them to calm it down.

Facebook is already full of overused memes and rage comics, so I don't need everyone to now go on about Flappy Bird.

Seriously, so many people think that memes is another word for rage comics. They're so overused.

I swear, if I see another damn rage comi-

How dare you use Ruiko like that
It depends on who you're facebook freinds with. My facebook is mostly boring shit and then George Takei posts. He is a quality user.
It does, but you can't just hide all their posts because of that. ha
And it also depends on what sites you like.

But yeah, my Facebook isn't that bad either. It's more my gf's one that gets all that crap and I go on her account pretty often because mine is so boring. lol

George Takei? *insert homosexual joke here*
He seems funny though.
Yeah, I lose a little faith in humanity when my friends or colleagues start playing Flappy Bird in the student room lobby resting spot place thing, especially competitively. It came to the point where some of them even posted screenshots of their scores on Facebook, to which I replied with screenshots of me composing elaborate orchestral music with a "Meanwhile..." caption.

After the second time I hear the Mario coin sound, I get aggravated.

The other thing that kind of bothers me, but not nearly as much is Snapchat. It's more reasonable than Flappy Bird, but still.
